Just finished up your workout, and you want something to eat, but it’s not quite time to eat.
This is a post workout smoothie filled with fruits and protein to make that workout count. You spent so long at the gym, and you don’t want to ruin all your hard work by eating half of a pizza even though it may be tempting. This smoothie is filling made with fresh frozen fruits and lots of protein to help boost that calories blast you had at the gym.

When it comes to smoothies, they can be made however you like by altering the recipe to fit what you like which can include different fruits, vegetables, or even chocolate.
If you like a more green smoothie try adding spinach, kale, or zucchini.

Berry berry Post Workout Smoothie recipe:
1/3 Cup of blueberries (preferably frozen)
5 Strawberries (best frozen)
1 Banana (Frozen)
1/3 Cup of flax seeds (can use any type of flakes or seeds)
1/3 Cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt (plain works too)
1 Scoop of Whey and Soy Protein mix Vanilla or Chocolate
1 Cup of ice
May may need to add 1/2 cup of low fat milk depending on the thickness you want.
